The room plan solved before anything is built, the programme timed to the minute and the local crew knowing what to do at every point. What the audience sees is the stage; everything else is our job.
FAQ.
Do you produce events for third parties?
Yes. Alongside our own productions, we produce conferences, tours and gatherings for churches, ministries and organisations.
How far ahead should we book?
For a conference or a tour we ask for at least ninety days. A single-date event can be closed sooner, depending on the calendar.
What does technical production cover?
Sound, lighting, screens and rigging, with a room plan, load-in and load-out. If the venue already has gear, we work with theirs.
Do you handle ticketing?
Yes. We set up online sales, accreditation and access control, and hand over the attendance report once it closes.
Which countries do you produce in?
We operate out of Miami and Santo Domingo, and produce in the United States, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Other markets, by project.
Can I invite Yesenia Then to my event?
Speaking invitations are received in writing at least ninety days ahead, through the contact form.
Do you record and stream the event?
Yes. We cover it multi-camera, stream it live and deliver the social cuts once it wraps.
What capacities do you work with?
From two-hundred-seat rooms to arenas. The room plan and the crew are sized for each capacity.
